Your association produces valuable content for its members: guides, fact sheets, newsletters, notices, training. Yet that content often sits in PDFs or deep in the members' area. An AI agent delivers it to your members as clear answers, when they need them — real added value to their membership.
Your content, finally within your members' reach
Instead of searching the members' area or digging through old newsletters, members ask their question in their own words, as they would a colleague. The agent answers from your association's content.
The agent can draw on everything you already share with your members:
- guides, fact sheets and tools;
- bulletins, newsletters and articles, including archives;
- notices, regulatory updates and FAQs;
- training content, conferences and webinars;
- policies, bylaws, agreements and standards.
Every new publication is added to the agent's knowledge base. See RAG: enrich AI with your own knowledge base.
Benefits for your association
- The value of membership becomes visible — Members get a useful answer every time they need one. It's a concrete benefit they remember when it's time to renew.
- Content that actually gets used — The work invested in your guides and publications truly reaches members, instead of staying in a PDF few people open.
- A monthly report on your members' needs — Every month, we send you a report that summarizes the questions asked, without identifying members: most requested topics, unanswered questions, trends. You finally know what your members are looking for, and you adjust your services, content and communications accordingly.
- Answers 24/7 — In the evening, on weekends, between two appointments: your members get an answer even when your office is closed.
- Fewer repetitive questions for your team — Routine questions, by phone or email, are handled by the agent, and your staff focus on the requests that need them.
- New members who find their way — From day one, they discover everything the association offers simply by asking questions.
A public agent and a members' agent
For an association, we suggest two agents that share the same platform but not the same content, plus management of your inbox:
- A public agent on your website — A chat open to everyone that answers the general public and prospective members: mission, membership benefits, how to join, public events. It only uses public information, and it's a good recruitment tool.
- A members-only agent, on several channels — The same agent reaches your members wherever they are: a private chat in your members' area, by text message, by email, on WhatsApp or even by phone. Whatever the channel, it recognizes the member (members' area login, or phone number or email address on file) and gives access to restricted content and to their file (renewal, registrations), with the same knowledge base and the same rules.
- Your inbox, taken care of — Your members already write to the association's general address. The agent handles those emails: it answers routine questions from your content, sorts requests and routes the others to the right person on your team, with context. Your inbox stops overflowing, and members get an answer in minutes instead of days.
Everyone only sees the content they are entitled to: your members-only content stays members-only.
Events, registrations and community life
- Inform — Calendar of activities, conventions, training, programs, eligibility criteria, policies: up-to-date answers from your information.
- Guide — The agent points each person to the right program, resource or form, based on what they describe.
- Register and remind — Connected to your tools, it can check available spots, record a registration or a request, and give up-to-date information.
- Support volunteers — Procedures, schedules, instructions: your volunteers have the answer on their phone when they need it.
- Process forms — Paper registrations, handwritten forms, emails: AI can extract the information and enter it in your tools, with human validation when in doubt. See how AI can read handwriting with confidence.
Which organizations?
- Professional and trade associations — Guides, notices, continuing education, conventions, membership and renewal.
- Business groups and chambers of commerce — Member resources, events, networking, member benefits.
- Sports and recreation federations and associations — Registrations, schedules, rules, affiliations.
- Foundations — Reliable information about the cause and the resources offered, campaigns, fundraising events, volunteering.
- Community organizations — Programs, services, eligibility, schedules and neighbourhood resources.
Built for how associations work
- In every member's language — The agent speaks in your association's tone, in plain language, and automatically replies in the language of the person writing: French, English or any other language. Your content becomes accessible to all your members, including newcomers.
- You stay in control — You decide what content the agent uses, what data it can look up and what actions it can take.
- Turnkey — Netcoder handles the project from analysis to hosting. Your team doesn't need to become AI experts.
- A local partner — Our platform is designed and operated by our team in Montreal: a single point of contact, not a patchwork of third-party tools billed per message.
Law 25: your members' information under your control
An association is responsible for its members' personal information. The agent gives you the tools to meet your obligations under Quebec's Law 25:
- A retention period you choose — Your association decides how long conversations are kept. After that period, they are deleted.
- Deleting a member's conversations — On request, you can delete all of a specific member's conversations, for example when they exercise their right to erasure.
- Data hosted in Canada — Our solutions are hosted in Canada, and the agent only accesses the information strictly necessary for its role.
- Reports that identify no one — The monthly report summarizes questions without identifying members.

Where to start?
Most of the time, we start small, in three steps:
- Discovery meeting — We review your content and the most frequent questions, from members and from the public.
- First agent — A public agent on your website, or a members-only agent that answers from the content you already have, validated by your team.
- Step by step — We then add the second agent, registrations, reminders or text messaging, based on what brings the most value to your members and your team.
