How to put your Netcoder AI agent on your website: its chatbot, its voicebot, and the booking of meetings with your team. And how to use the CRM, calendar booking and ATS of the Netcoder app.
Installation guides
Each Netcoder widget goes on your website with a few lines of code, whatever tool your site was built with. The guides show the code to paste, its parameters, where to find your keys, and how to match the widget to your brand.
- AI chatbot — a chat bubble in the corner of your pages; visitors type, your AI agent answers.
- AI voicebot — visitors talk to your AI agent out loud, right in their browser, with no phone.
- Booking widget — visitors book a meeting with your team, in your calendars.
- Contact form — visitors write, your AI agent answers them by email.
- Job form — applicants pick an opened job and send their resume, your AI agent answers them by email.
Before you install
Everything you need is in the Netcoder app, on the page of your AI agent, under Test & Deploy:
- Test each widget exactly as your visitors will see it.
- The code icon gives the code of the widget, with your keys already filled in, ready to copy.
- The help icon opens its guide.
Setup guides
Some channels need no code on your website: you set them up in the Netcoder app, and sometimes in another service, such as your email.
- Email — your AI agent answers email at its own address, or at one of your domain.
User guides
How to use the tools of the Netcoder app, day to day.
- CRM — your contacts, their companies, and the deals you are working on, on a board.
- Calendar booking — your hours, your meeting types and your calendar, for the meetings booked by your AI agent and your visitors.
- ATS — your job openings, and the applicants your Recruiting AI agent receives and scores.
