Your Netcoder widgets — the AI chatbot, the AI voicebot, the booking widget, the contact form and the job form — only work on the websites you list in the Netcoder app. On any other site they are refused, so nobody can copy your code to use your AI agent on their own site.
1. Where to list them
In the Netcoder app, Settings, then Company: the section Websites of your widgets. Click + to add a website, the trash can to remove one. Only the administrators of your account see this page.
The list is for your whole company: every widget of every AI agent works on every website listed.
2. What to enter
Enter the domain of the website only. If you paste a full address, such as
https://www.yourcompany.com/contact, only its domain is kept.

A website on another domain, such as a second brand or a site under construction at your web designer, is added as a website of its own.
3. Already set for you
- When you sign up, the domain of the website of your company is added.
- When you change the website of your company, under Settings, Company, its domain is added too.
4. Testing and troubleshooting
- Test it — the Test buttons, under Test & Deploy in the app, always work: the Netcoder app is always allowed.
- A widget that does not appear on your site — check that the domain of the page, as your browser shows it, is in the list, then reload the page.
- It works on www but not elsewhere — replace
yourcompany.comby*.yourcompany.com.
