A CRM built around your AI agent

Your AI agent talks with your customers on your website, by email, on the phone and by message. The CRM keeps what comes out of it: who they are, what they said and the business you are pursuing with them.

The CRM comes with every plan. It is built in: it works as soon as you sign up, with nothing to install, connect or pay on top.

What your agent does in it

  • It records the people who reach out — When someone writes through the contact form of your website or to your email address, your sales agent finds the person by email or phone, or creates them. It adds the phone and the company when they are missing, never overwriting what your team entered, and keeps the message as a dated note.
  • It keeps every conversation — Web chat, web voice, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, Messenger, email: the conversations of a known person are on their page, with the full transcript.
  • It books appointments — With the calendar booking tool, your agent offers your free times and books the meeting, in your calendar or in a grouped calendar.
  • It knows whom it serves — Groups, such as Client, Prospect or Supplier, decide which people each of your agents answers.

People and companies

  • One page per person — Name, email, phone, title, company, address and groups, with their documents, emails, conversations and opportunities, their tasks and your notes.
  • One page per company — Website, phone, address on a map and description, with its people, its open opportunities, its documents, its tasks and its notes.
  • No duplicates — A person is known by their email and phone: whoever writes again is found, not created twice.
  • Your existing contacts — We import them from your Excel file when you start. Your list, filtered as you like, downloads to Excel at any time.

Opportunities and pipeline

  • A board you move by hand — Each opportunity is a card you drag from one stage to the next, or a line in a list if you prefer.
  • Your own stages — Lead, Qualified, Proposal, Negotiation to start with, renamed or replaced as you work, each with its probability of closing.
  • What each one is worth — Amount, expected close date and owner, with the total and the weighted total of your pipeline.
  • Who decides — The people involved on the customer's side, each with a role: decision maker, champion, influencer and others.
  • Its documents — The proposal, the quote, the contract: each opportunity keeps its own files on its page, added by anyone on your team and there for all of it.
  • Won or lost — A lost opportunity keeps its reason, and every change of amount, stage or date is kept with who made it.

Tasks and notes

  • Tasks — Assigned to someone of your team, with a due date and an urgency, and attached to a person, a company or an opportunity. Each one sees the tasks assigned to them, those they created, or everybody's; overdue tasks stand out.
  • Notes — What your team needs to remember, on a person, a company or an opportunity.

Messages to your contacts

Send an email or an SMS to the people you select, or to a whole group: each message is personalized with the person's name, and you see it before it goes. People who unsubscribed are left out, and every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link.

Applicants too

With the specialized recruiting agent, every application becomes a person in the CRM, with their résumé and their assessment against your open positions. See the ATS.

Connected to your systems

An API key lets your own software read and write your CRM, and webhooks tell it when a person is created or updated. To go further, the integration with your systems is built for you on the Professional and Business plans.

Your data stays here

Your CRM is hosted in Canada and built with Quebec's Law 25 in mind: you decide what is kept. See Law 25 and privacy protection.

Users of your team

Your team signs in to the CRM with the users of your plans: 1 on Discovery, 3 on Essential, 8 on Professional and 15 on Business, added up over your agents. See the pricing.
