Every week, piles of handwritten timesheets reach the office, and someone has to retype them, one line at a time, before payroll or billing. With our solution, a simple photo sent by email is all it takes: AI reads the sheet, even when it's handwritten, measures its level of confidence and imports the hours straight into your system.

How it works

1. One photo, one email — The employee, supervisor or client takes a picture of the timesheet with their phone and sends it to a dedicated email address. No app to install, no form to change.
2. AI reading — AI locates the sheet in the image and extracts every field: employee name, dates, start and end times, breaks, project or client, even when everything is handwritten.
3. A confidence level for every field — Each value read gets a confidence level. The hours are also checked against your rules, for example whether the hours entered match the daily total.
4. A human only when in doubt — When confidence is high enough, the data goes straight through. Otherwise, the sheet is put on hold: the image of the field in question is shown with the proposed values, and one click settles it.
5. Integration with your system — Validated hours are sent to your payroll, billing or scheduling system, with no re-entry.

Confidence that is measured, not promised

Reading handwriting is the easy part. The real question is knowing when the AI misread: the 1 that looks like a 7, the 3 mistaken for an 8, a crossed-out time. Faced with these cases, a single AI gives an answer with the same assurance as for everything else, and a silent payroll error is costly.

Our approach: have the same sheet read by two AIs from different providers, then compare their answers field by field. When they agree, the data is reliable. When they differ, a human decides.
